Katherine Owen joins as Interim CEO with over 30 years of leadership, management and HR experience. From leading training and development teams in small local companies to large global organizations Katherine has a wide swath of business, leadership and people operations background to draw from. With training as a passion that threads her entire career coupled with a feverish love of horses, Katherine brings a perspective that can be leveraged at Eagala. She has been riding, training and competing horses where she has gained respect for their ability to transform lives even when it is not expected. Katherine holds a master’s degree in community counseling with a focus in addiction counseling and family therapy.
