Mrs. Baldwin grew up with horses and knew the healing they brought to her life. She was blessed with having the same horse for 28 years, Leo. Mrs. Baldwin grew up with a herd of 25 and worked and trained with her father during her high school years. She moved on to college and earned her BS in Veterinary Technology.
She later went on to earn a Master of Science Degree in Counseling and Psychology from Troy State University in 2005, and she has held a License as a Professional Counselor in Texas since 2009. Mrs. Baldwin is a devoted military spouse of a retired MSC officer, and she fully understands the military lifestyle. She has dedicated her career to helping people who suffer with traumatic symptoms heal and move forward, mostly working with the military population with the Eagala model. She has also earned her military and advanced certification with Eagala.
Mrs. Baldwin has worked with a wide array of clientele during her career, including people suffering from Domestic Violence (victims & perpetrators), PTSD, mTraumatic Brain Injury, Military Sexual Trauma, Substance Abuse, Depression, Anxiety, Childhood Trauma, and many others.
While moving many times due to her husband’s military career, she was privileged to help build three businesses focusing on the use of Eagala model services in different states. During her travels, she worked at a national level providing Eagala with combat-related PTSD, MST & mTBI as a team leader for the Lone Survivor Foundation. She recently worked as a clinical director in Florida, before making her way to Eagala as the Military Team Lead.
